Excellent service! Dave and his team are extremely personable and easy to coordinate with. They went above and beyond to make sure our job was done and done right. Highly recommend this crew!
My 22 year old Carrier furnace developed an issue that left us in the cold on a Sunday. Dave had a couple of his guys come first thing Monday morning to inspect. The main heat exchanger had developed a hole or possibly multiple holes so I opted to have a new unit installed because my furnace was so old and it would have cost more for the repair than it would have cost to completely replace. After having a new on demand combi boiler installed it did not pass building inspection. Souther comfort did not come back to fix or provide a letter to the building department about the non passing work. Had to hire an other contractor to repair this. After repeat phone calls and emails I had no other choice
Eager to sell the product, but they unfortunately fall short on workmanship and customer service. We had Southern Comfort install 3 heat pump heads and 1 compressor. They are not familiar with ductless systems, or upsold us. During install they cut an entire stud out in one room and also drilled a saw bit through a wall in another room that wasn’t getting a heat pump. Again a great experience with Southern Comfort. Saxon came and cleaned and serviced my heat pumps, tankless water heater and gas fireplace. He was pleasant and efficient and flexible. A pleasure to work with.
