When you have to get repairs done through your homeowners insurance you are frequently stuck with second rate low bidders and get minimal help and sometimes even lies to upsell. Larry from Southern Comfort is NOT second rate. He is cream of the crop. He is obviously knowledgeable and skilled. He is friendly and answered all of my questions thoroughly. If we have to put an HVAC repair claim into our insurance again we will definitely be asking for Southern Comfort and Larry.
