Could not recommend Tommy and his team more. We were buying a home that needed a whole unit replacement. He was able to quote me from photos from our inspection. Because of his quote we were able to negotiate the sellers covering the cost. He came out 3 hours after we closed and got to work right away. He was always on time (even early) and very communicative. They had the whole unit replaced and ready to go within 24 hours! Could not recommend them more and will definitely be using them for all future HVAC needs!

I called Tommy in a slight panic this morning and he and his team fit me into their schedule and arrived quickly to troubleshoot the issue with my heat...even being a new customer. They were friendly, knowledgeable and kept me updated as they went....I highly recommend Tommy and his team and I will be a repeat customer...local is always the best...thank you Tommy!!!

Tommy is one of the most reliable service teams out there. He is so knowledgable and also helpful in teaching you about your products and how to best utilize them. He is so personable, friendly, and very trustworthy. So thankful for his wisdom and kindness.

Tommy from Southern Comfort NC Heating and Air is the best HVAC expert. He is honest and will always use his extensive knowledge to troubleshoot the problem. I had three different HVAC companies fail to diagnose my problem and during his first visit Tommy had it fix. I always recommend Southern Comfort NC Heating and Air.

I would give Tommy 100 stars if I could he came on time called before he got here and as he was getting out of truck he already knew problem. He was a gentleman and professional We had cold within an hour
