Tommy from Southern Comfort NC Heating and Air is the best HVAC expert. He is honest and will always use his extensive knowledge to troubleshoot the problem. I had three different HVAC companies fail to diagnose my problem and during his first visit Tommy had it fix. I always recommend Southern Comfort NC Heating and Air.

I would give Tommy 100 stars if I could he came on time called before he got here and as he was getting out of truck he already knew problem. He was a gentleman and professional We had cold within an hour

I came home to an 89° home. I looked on Nextdoor for recommendations and found Southern Comfort. Even though it was late in the evening, the tech came immediately. Turned out my heat and air were running at the same time. He quickly got my a/c running and will come back when I have the money to replace my board! I highly recommend Southern Comfort! My daughter in law had these guys come out to fix her ac..it was an older gentleman named Bob and a trainee..they put 2 lbs of refrigerant in and left..ac worked for 4 days ..never checked for a leak , never went in garage to check indoor unit for a leak just charged and left..when I text the guy he said it would be another 130.00 for a service call..this is just scam business ethics..never should you pour more refrigerant in a unit without at least trying to locate a leak first..when I reached out to the tech he said I'm no... read more
