I called Tommy in a slight panic this morning and he and his team fit me into their schedule and arrived quickly to troubleshoot the issue with my heat...even being a new customer. They were friendly, knowledgeable and kept me updated as they went....I highly recommend Tommy and his team and I will be a repeat customer...local is always the best...thank you Tommy!!!

Tommy is one of the most reliable service teams out there. He is so knowledgable and also helpful in teaching you about your products and how to best utilize them. He is so personable, friendly, and very trustworthy. So thankful for his wisdom and kindness.

Tommy from Southern Comfort NC Heating and Air is the best HVAC expert. He is honest and will always use his extensive knowledge to troubleshoot the problem. I had three different HVAC companies fail to diagnose my problem and during his first visit Tommy had it fix. I always recommend Southern Comfort NC Heating and Air.

I would give Tommy 100 stars if I could he came on time called before he got here and as he was getting out of truck he already knew problem. He was a gentleman and professional We had cold within an hour

I came home to an 89° home. I looked on Nextdoor for recommendations and found Southern Comfort. Even though it was late in the evening, the tech came immediately. Turned out my heat and air were running at the same time. He quickly got my a/c running and will come back when I have the money to replace my board! I highly recommend Southern Comfort!
