Very pleased with Bruce's customer service and work quality. He answered every time I called, was honest in his assessment of our needs, and showed up exactly when scheduled. I will never again call any other HVAC service company except Southern Comfort Heating & Air. My AC stopped blowing cool air yesterday and my wife and I slept in a hot house all night. Bruce did an absolutely fantastic job. His pricing blew the first company I called out of the water. He was quick, knowledgeable, and personable. It was nice to have someone that took pride in helping the customer. I recommend Southern Comfort Heating and Air to anyone that is in need of HVAC services.
He came within minutes of my husband calling, didn't charge us anything to diagnose the problem and had our heat up and running before 11 am the next day after going himself and finding a store with our part in stock. As a mother of a 2 year old nothing is more important than keeping my son warm. So thankful for his services
So thankful for Bruce at Southern Comfort heating and air! Thunder storm knocked out our AC during the hottest days of summer and Bruce made sure we got to sleep in comfort.
