Installed a new unit about 1½ ago. They had great service at the time. A couple of weeks ago, the heat stopped working. We started calling when it was 55° inside our cabin. We were told to flip on emergency heat because they were busy. Didn't add us to a list or anything. The emergency heat didn't work, & we had no heat at all. We called back, & they had quit answering the phones & let everything go to voicemail. We left multiple messages, & they left us high & dry in a 48° cabin. I called 12-16 and made an apt for first thing 12-21 to have heater repaired. I agreed to a $90 service call at the time and only gave them our landline number since cell doesn’t work at the house. (Repeated this twice to them) I set alarm for 7 am by noon no one is here or has called. I sent hubby 20 miles to town to get cell service to call them. They told him they were running behind on their first apt of the day (us) and might not make it now till next Tuesday. I have no heat and three kids with the flu and a major freez... read more

They improperly installed my system and have kept no record of the mistake...also must wait weeks for repair unless I want to pay 200 extra for after hours repair ..bought a system brand new and have had nothing but head aches keeping it running ..wouldve saved a lot of money just buying space heaters and window units ... and magically out of freon every time a tech shows up
