We recently used Southern Comfort Flooring to level our basement floor as it was poorly done by our builder. It was a very difficult levelling job with 2 1/2 - 3 inch dips in several areas. They were very professional and did an amazing job levelling our floor so that we could have Floating LVP installed overtop of it. Thank you so much Cory & team! We scheduled for him to come and give us a quote for our basement flooring. He didn't show up the first time and didn't even bother reaching out to tell us that he wouldn't be coming. The second time, he showed up an hour late. We have yet to hear from him about his quote and have emailed multiple times. Very flakey and unprofessional.
