The Way service should be! Michael showed up, fixed the problem, collected payment for services, and left. No BS, no trying to make you replace parts just because they are older, no challenges with warranty, just simple cold air.
Mike responded to a late call Friday night and was BEFORE time for our appointment on Saturday. Polite, experienced, fast, and honest. I highly recommend Southern Comfort!!!
My Studio A/C was not working properly but Southern Comfort Cooling and Heating did an excellent job fixing the AC at my house. They were quick to respond, professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. The technician explained everything clearly and got our system running again fast. Pricing was fair, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. I highly recommend Southern Comfort Cooling and Heating to anyone needing reliable AC or heating work in the Bellville area!
