My husband and I joined SCCF back in September 2024, I had never worked out in my life I went with some friends who had been begging us to try it out and I was intimidated by “CrossFit” like it would definitely be to intense and I wouldn’t be strong enough. Kyle runs a great gym. Fantastic atmosphere with amazing people. The programming is intense and scales well for all skill levels. If you come consistently and put in the work, you will progress. Been going for almost 2 years now, end most classes flat on my back, completely out of energy, and drenched. 5/5 would recommend.
My husband and I joined the gym recently and were very nervous to start CrossFit. We were recommended to try SCCF and we could not be happier - the atmosphere and members have been amazing. Phenomenal place for beginners to learn as well as more advanced folks! Kyle has a great curriculum and makes sure everyone understands the workout and movements every class. Highly recommend 👌
