I've been going to SCCF for about a year now and absolutely love it. Having been around the Crossfit space for awhile, I've seen my fair share of bad coaches/programming. You will not find that here. Kyle is a GREAT coach who takes time to meet each and every member where they currently are in their individual fitness journeys. Just moved to the area and was looking for a Crossfit gym. Took my first class and it was great! Kyle was awesome and extremely helpful with providing tips for good form and technique! Class was well structured and everyone was friendly. Super clean gym and plenty of space to complete wods! Great gym by far…thank you Kyle!

This place is awesome. I was in Ohio for work and I came here to work out for the week, great atmosphere, great coaching, and a perfect set up. Highly recommend.
