We recently sold our home and the buyers used Southern Colorado Real Estate Brokers (Stephanie) as their realtor. I could not have asked for a better experience with a realtor being that my husband and I were selling unrepresented. She is one of the most friendly, personable, and knowledgeable realtors I’ve had the pleasure of working with. This was the most seamless home sell of my 3 previous sales. Highly recommend her and the company if you’re in need of a realtor!
Stephanie has an issue with telling the truth and being honest. I don't think she means to do harm but she is definitely a gossip and refuses to be accountable for her actions and words. My best advice, STAY AWAY.
