Stephanie has an issue with telling the truth and being honest. I don't think she means to do harm but she is definitely a gossip and refuses to be accountable for her actions and words. My best advice, STAY AWAY. In response to their response, even that's a lie, why can I still not be given a reason on why I was forced to move. Its a small town, everyone knows your a gossip already. Trust these people at your own risk.
I recently relocated to Colorado from Montana, and Stephanie and her team made the process so easy and pressure free! Not only were they professional and honest, but they made me feel like a valued person instead of a potential upsell like so many other companies do. In today's world especially, it's so refreshing to do business with such honest people. Thanks again for making my move hassle-free!!

We recently sold our home and the buyers used Southern Colorado Real Estate Brokers (Stephanie) as their realtor. I could not have asked for a better experience with a realtor being that my husband and I were selling unrepresented. She is one of the most friendly, personable, and knowledgeable realtors I’ve had the pleasure of working with. This was the most seamless home sell of my 3 previous sales. Highly recommend her and the company if you’re in need of a realtor!
