Called for an appointment after my my primary care physician sent a referral. Was told there is a 1 year wait list! What a joke! With all the doctors that are in that office you would think accommodating patients would be be their first and only priority! Terrible customer service! .
I have been coming here since I was 15 years old was on dialysis for five years got a kidney transplant and to this day I still go to this doctors office. They care about the patient and they truly care about their house. I love this doctors office and the doctors here.
Have called several times to TRY to make an appointment and can't get one, plus they only make appts a month out. Tried to call 5 times this morning and no one answers the phone!!! So frustrating!
