Purchased a double wide a little over a year ago. When we went in person and put a large down payment we were shown “our” home. Somewhere in the midst of the purchase it was switched to another home and we were never notified until AFTER closing. The response to this was “yeah the previous manager had issues and has since been let go.” When I questioned it in the office after closing. This home has ALOT of issues. Mold being one. This five star review is specifically for the southern colonial mobile home service department. Randy came to my house and got busy right away. Our home had just been moved so there was lots of little things that need attention. Randy addressed everything that we mentioned. The service department delivered my central unit the day after my lights were turned on and I was prepared to wait for up to a week for it! The service department has gone above and beyond and I appreciate it
