This five star review is specifically for the southern colonial mobile home service department. Randy came to my house and got busy right away. Our home had just been moved so there was lots of little things that need attention. Randy addressed everything that we mentioned. The service department delivered my central unit the day after my lights were turned on and I was prepared to wait for up to a week for it! The service department has gone above and beyond and I appreciate it

My husband & I were first time home buyers with not much to put down. We were referred to Southern Colonel. It was June 13th when we went for the first time. We found a trailer we loved. The salesman, Jacob thought we could make a 5% down payment work. We applied and were approved. On July 7th, we put down our $1000 deposit. We get a call a few weeks later saying the down payment had to be raised from 5% to 10% for the mortgage to stay the same & for the pad to be included.
