Took my car in for front end damage repair. Car is not registered in VA and has no front plate mount. They installed a front plate mount that damaged the grill. Never needed one. Would not give an assistance after it was installed and damaged the grill.
Awful customer service. My car took 2.5 weeks to get back when I was quoted 5 days. I received the car back and it was not completed. I was told to email the customer service rep I had been dealing with and still have not received a response after 3 emails. Very unprofessional and they didn't even buff my car out after painting.
