My roof is completed and I’m very pleased with the finished look! No more leaks and such a beautiful roof now! AJ my project manager was super nice and respectful as well as helpful. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. I will recommend this company to anyone in need of a new roof. Their work ethic was outstanding and they are very neat and clean as well!
SCI told me they would change out vent and glued down loose tiles on the roof. They gave me the work order and they left out gluing the loose tiles down. When I told SCI that omitted that item they said no worries we will glue down the tiles while we are on the roof. They only did two tiles, but should have done 10. Do not recommend them as they do not do what they tell you and then rely on fine print. Short sighted perspective. They did change out the vent that was leaking. Pricey $$$. Ryan Boca Raton
