A complete and positive experience from beginning to end. We shopped a LOT of builders and Southern Coastal was the standout. The integrity we felt at our first meeting was weaved thoughout our project from beginning to end. We noticed a substantial amount of "price shuffling" when gathering quotes from other builders on our anticipated home plan. We hired Southern Coastal Homes to gut and rebuild an older home. Could not be happier with the outcome. The house was originally built in 1984 and nothing had changed since it was built. They striped the home to the studs, removed all mechanical and moved walls. 10 months later we have a new home, awesome floor plan, in the location we want. Thank You for the great work.
