I have previously given this company a great review and I have had them do a lot of work in my condo, new AC, new HWH and new electrical panel. I had an annual service contract with them. Unfortunately my experience with them over the last year has been pretty bad. They have very high turnover in both management and staff, they constantly cancel ac appointments and they did not do a correct maintenance on my AC leaving the pan with lots of algae and my outdoor drainpipe pointed in the wrong direction. Mike was able to trouble shoot and find the problem with the AC. He did the work and left the area clean. He was polite and knowledgeable. We have had this company service our AC and we have been satisfied. Office staff is very nice and accommodating.
I had the pleasure to have Andrew as my service technician in Clearwater, FL. I dont have enough words to to explain how great he's service is. He was the only person that figured out the problem at my house. He was on time, communication always on point. I prayed to God that morning he certainly listen. EXCELLENCE AT ITS BEST
STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE !!!!!! This company is unresponsive and unethical when it comes to your money. I paid them a deposit of 8k dollars thinking I paying 800 dollars (yes I should have been more observant ) upon realizing my mistake and realizing that the overall cost of their proposed solution was 16 thousand dollars and that I couldn’t afford I called and told the customer service rep that I made an error and to hold on the job. We made the mistake of purchasing a membership for a few years. We thought it was convenient bc they have a/c, plumbing and electric. They are awful!! Not only the techs (most have been useless), but customer service: they promote 24hr service. Three times we tried to get emergency service and they could not accommodate bc they didn’t have techs available. We already hired a different company for plumbing services and electrical.
