How when I've never had utilities with FPL do I have a bill with them? Yes I had service with gulf power, but I moved to Alabama. I move back home set up utilities and 4 years later they find a missing bill. Almost $550
A bill and disconnect every 12-14days. Ridiculous! I finally got an agent with some sympathy and she was able to resolve my issue ,although im having to pay a $236 bill from 3 years prior they say was never paid and it slipped through their system 🙃, and she split into 4 installments added too an b exorbitant amount due ...in 2 weeks ,but at least I have power to see another day...praise God

Javier was the representative that assisted me the first and only time I’ve been able to reach someone and couldn’t get anything right. I spelled my email and my name out phonetically still got it wrong, had verified the email and he put someone else’s email in my account. Thank goodness I triple checked that before I got off the phone or I wouldn’t have gotten access to my account at all.
