Javier was the representative that assisted me the first and only time I’ve been able to reach someone and couldn’t get anything right. I spelled my email and my name out phonetically still got it wrong, had verified the email and he put someone else’s email in my account. Thank goodness I triple checked that before I got off the phone or I wouldn’t have gotten access to my account at all. This place is a joke! If I could give 0 stars I would. Disconnected me today after I had a payment arrangement due on Monday. I missed out on more money because I had to call out of work. The first customer service rep started yelling asked to speak to a manager and she said she doesn’t accept emails.

I cancelled my insurance with Homeserve, they notified FPL in a timely manner. After, speaking with a supervisor Kamme, she verified that Homeserve had notified FPL that the insurance had been cancelled. I asked for a refund. Kamme told me that she cannot refund the money but it will be credited to my next bill. Well I got the next bill but no refund. The bill actually was higher.
