Don't rent at the Southern Clipper. Very hostile to renters and rude to guests & visitors. The building does not maintain basic services such as gas grills and designated parking spots. The color of the water in the swimming pool was scary.
Terribly rude to renters. Things are not kept up, like the gas in the fire pit. If you rent here they will likely make you so uncomfortable you won’t even want to use the pool.
I'm not really sure about a couple of the other reviews but we thought the Southern Clipper was great. No issues with parking, the pool was very clean, very polite people, and a great location. Would highly recommend.
