This clinic was very supportive, we had our GP there , very professional staff, we are no longer the patients there, I called today to get some instruction for a requested test for my wife by her new GP, the reception was probably a new guy, he was so rude and unprofessional. I was asking about the processes but he was answering about confidentiality with a rude tune of voice, I cut the phone. Hope someone read this.
I am a medical doctor from Sri Lanka, temporarily staying in Australia. During my stay, I visited the Southern Clinic to obtain some medication. Dr Kris Overduin was exceptionally kind and professional. He addressed and resolved all my concerns in a single appointment. His patient-centred approach made the entire experience very comfortable.
