Upon meeting Mike for the first time it was clear he knew what he was talking about. He laid out his recommendations clearly and concisely. He told us of the benefits of the system and what we should expect from it. Within two weeks he installed the new system and we could not be happier with the improved livability of our home. I could feel the difference in the air quality - for some reason the (lower) humidity really makes a difference. Five stars.
