I recently had my Tiguan serviced at Southern Classic VW and was really impressed with the service I received. There was a small mix-up with the pricing for the front brakes, as I received two different quotes. Only writing this as caution for others as my experience only showed how incapable the people running the service and parts department are. I took my golf in to get a regular service , the airbag light was on and I told them about the wet carpet in the rear. I picked it up and was told they couldn’t find the issue and to bring it back and pay $300+ for a diagnostic. I took it back and they found the AC drainage pipe was blocked and damaged the air bag module. I got a hefty quote ($2500 for the parts and programming), told th... read more
The Service Team especially Daniel, Bianna & Mohamed went above and beyond to fix an issue with my T7 Transporter that had previously been dismissed by another dealer. Their professionalism, communication and care shown throughout the whole process was greatly appreciated. I’m very grateful for their amazing team effort and help.
