I stopped by Wollongong Service to purchase a bottle of AdBlue. As I was carrying it to my car, John noticed me and was the first to offer his assistance. Daniyal, the Service Manager, also stepped in to help. They both took the time to fill the AdBlue for me and explained why it's important and how it benefits the vehicle, which I really appreciated. Had my troc booked in for 60k service today. Very impressed with the whole process. Staff waiting in driveway to check the car in and ask if any issues. Very professional. Courtesy bus to drop off at required location. On picking up car the service reception lass was very professional in explaining what had been done on the car, any issues identified and explanation of quote for suggested future maintenance.
