Was looking to purchase a house from this Broker Company, but upon a termite inspection we learned that the actual seller of the house boarded up the crawl space so you can’t get in. There was also a note of no vents under the house for proper ventilation. We told the agent Chanda Akles that the termite inspectors also noticed activity in the shed by the house and there was a saggin in the bathroom, which we can only guess was due to high moisture levels (because of no vents under the house) or termites. Tried to buy a house thru them. I had to walk away from a dirty deal.
Realtor wanted us to list our home for 60 to to 70,000. less than we put it on the market for. She said our house was "standard" and compared it to another house that was much smaller but thought they were same size. Our home is anything but standard with the transom windows, tall ceilings, trim,etc.
