Old school service when a customer isn't just a number. Couldn't have been better and I have my Jaguar Dealership now. Easy to deal with, from booking, kept up to date all the time, time given to sort out the problems and solutions. Couldn't recommend any higher. With my Dad being a multiple Jaguar owner for over 40+ years now agree this great car is perfect with Jaguar Southern Classic
Bobby presented our new Jaguar f-pace SVR so beautifully it was such a pleasure to pick it up. The whole sales process was amazingly stress free and Bobby made sure each step was well explained and supported. The jaguar family of dealerships should be extremely proud of Bobby and his ability to deliver exceptional service. We are so glad that we went to the Southern Classic dealership to buy our car.
I organised a servicing through the online system and received a phone call confirming the time and date. This service centre is an hour and a half drive from home. On arrival, we were told that there was no booking for our car and that it wasn't even in their system. I showed her the email confirmation, and she said that there was nothing they could do as they had no technicians available and that there is an apparent issue with their online booking system.
