Owner (Paul Iracaine) is Rude and he has selective hearing, he only understand what is convenient for him, otherwise he claims "communication problems" when it come to fix or repairs things, very curios that he didn't have any "understanding issues" during the agreement and signing of the contract, never stated "communication problems".
