Didnt put all the food in bag. Had to walk up the the window to get everything. Price is way to high.
The chicken is amazing!!! We went through the drive thru both times we ate there and the service was solid.
HIGHLY unprofessional and RUDE! I visited this location back in December. I was given and charged for something that I DID NOT order. I went back as soon as I left because to google the store closed at 11. Well it was 1015ish and I pulled back up to the drive thru! THE LIGHTS WERE STILL ON! No one acknowledge me like at all. I love southern classic and I usually go to the Monroe location even though I stay in Ruston due to work. For the most part the food be good but the service is always horrible. Always being rushed when ordering, never is given total or repeated order back and always have to pull up to wait on my food after the horrible service. The workers are more concern about their personal conversations than listening to the customers. Ruston could take huge notes from the Monroe location on food service and atmosphere.
