The staff are rude and so is the manager. Gloria. Terrible. First they messed up my order and when I went back , they gave me mad attitude... I asked for a thigh to compensate me for their mess up . They manager and staff laughed and was rude as hell!!! Crazy because it was my first experience here in Louisiana at this chicken place that I was referred to. There were terrible! ... Smh .. crazy. Walked up to the window to order food for a colleague. The young man at the window was polite and had a smile on his face and did his job accurately. Keep smashing it young man. Sorry I should have gotten your name.
To go only, best fried chicken in Shreveport/Bossier area
I sat for over 30 minutes in front of the door they asked me to pull up to while car after car behind me kept getting their food and leaving. That is ridiculous. Not sure why I even sat that long considering the chicken, mashed potatoes, and fries were cold!!!
They're always a wait, but it's worth it.
