I paid $30 for VIP with new car smell, and was expecting my car to actually be clean. I waited for 1.5 hours for my car, and yet my cup holders and many other spots on my car had not even been touched. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will not be coming back.
this place is awesome. We have been going there for 7 years and have always been happy. Everyone looks happy and they work very hard when its cold or hot they do a great job. I believe you get more than what you pay for.
Horrible manager. Absolutely horrible customer service. I went there for the first time today on the reccommendation of a friend to have the VIP car wash/interior service on my car. When it was returned to me I drove home. When I got home and took my groceries out of the passenger seat (one bag with a Christmas present in it) I noticed the entire seat was soaked.
