I've purchased two jeeps here and based on my experience I won't be back. The staff is unprofessional. The service was seriously lacking. And the selection is limited. If you have a complaint it won't be heard. The only waving this Jeep girl will be doing is waving 'bye-bye'.
Their service department is the worst I've ever seen. Rude doesn't even begin to cover it. Jeff is the worst, dealing with him has been a complete nightmare. Save yourself the misery and go elsewhere!
We took our Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service, Baker in service department got our vehicle in timely manor , completed work in good time. We have been please with the work. We took our Dodge truck in service too. K. Donahue

Eddie Mcintosh was the most knowledgeable salesperson we encountered on our search. It was refreshing to meet him and to have him take good care of us. He worked hard for us and he was professional. We would recommend him.
some reps like Mr. B (will not say his full name), a sales rep for gnc, is a liar. Mr. B said quote “I will not run your credit Mister” and Mr. B ran the credit. Moreover, Mr. B lied on his manager saying that he was ordered to run the credit application. He is an absolute liar who is a disgrace to your valuable company. So beware!!!! I WILL HAPPEN TO YOU.
HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT I can't speak for the sales side of this dealership but I DEFINATELY do not recommend them for servicing your vehicle. My auto is under a service warranty through Chrysler and they are the closest to my house. I had my van towed there on Monday to have a power steering problem fixed. They called Wednesday to let me know it was "fixed". When I picked it up, it was making a whining sound that wasn't there before.
