On September 19th I took my jeep to this place for service because the seats were giving me problems and one of them got stuck and we couldn't drive so we took it in. They called our insurance company charging us $***** to repair the seats. First, when they repaired the jeep they scratched the paint and broke the plastic. Then we waited a week for the parts. Rose ******had their vehicle towed into the Southern Chrysler Jeep - Greenbrier service center and both seats were broken. The dealership repaired the seats and Rosepicked up the vehicle. Rosecame back into the dealership later that afternoon and one of the seats was not working/broken again. Rosecame into the shop and cursed out the service technician that worked on the vehicle. False advertising for a 2022 Dodge Ram vehicle listed at $******.00 on 4/28/24. I inquired about it on line, & immediatly received a call back from the representative disputing the price of the vehicle initially advertised to me by email. She said that there to was a glitch in the system, in which, in the same breath offered me to come and see other vehicles in which was not in that price range. In my opinon seems to be misleading, & a deceptive manner in which to garner buisness.
I can not get any assistance. Took my son Jeep in for service and it is worse now before we took it in to get it fixed. Charged us over $**** to fix what and now it want start. What can I do?
Incompetence and fraud by Southerns finance dept. I purchased a truck from Southern Chrysler Jeep Greenbrier on 8/22/2023. While discussing warranty options with Alaa ** the finance manager. I was told I could return to the dealership and cancel any warranty at any time. Another warranty for Theft Deterrent service contract she said was required to purchase the vehicle. Buyer Beware Buying a jeep turned into a space shuttle launch. It took 4 LONG hours to get a deal worked up. Then we had to come back the next night to complete the necessary paperwork. We found that the salesman had not properly explained the terms of the deal. Worse the contract servicer lied to us about contract add-ins claiming they were required by the finance company. Between the GAP insurance and Extended Warranty they tacked on an extra $2000 to the deal. They made money off our trade in. They made money off the sale... read more
HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT I can't speak for the sales side of this dealership but I DEFINATELY do not recommend them for servicing your vehicle. My auto is under a service warranty through Chrysler and they are the closest to my house. I had my van towed there on Monday to have a power steering problem fixed. They called Wednesday to let me know it was "fixed". When I picked it up, it was making a whining sound that wasn't there before. I lost a doctors' appt. because they lied on the amount of time it would take to repair a recall issue. They spend an extra hour of YOUR time (that you are expected to lose the money for, waste vacation time) just to go over your car to find a hair out of place and charge $2K for it. Then they lie and say they'll not put you on a mailing list and blame someone else, who blames them for the issue. On top of saying they'd remove me from the list, they lied because I got another one from them.
