My wife and I were headed to the OBX and my Jeeps serpentine belt blew apart. My Jeep was towed to this dealer after I made an appointment online. Once I arrived at the dealer I was told the appointment I made was through a third party system, and it was for a diagnostic appointment only and any service would be a few days in the future. I lost a doctors' appt. because they lied on the amount of time it would take to repair a recall issue. They spend an extra hour of YOUR time (that you are expected to lose the money for, waste vacation time) just to go over your car to find a hair out of place and charge $2K for it. Then they lie and say they'll not put you on a mailing list and blame someone else, who blames them for the issue. On top of saying they'd remove me from the list, they lied because I got another one from them.
I've purchased two jeeps here and based on my experience I won't be back. The staff is unprofessional. The service was seriously lacking. And the selection is limited. If you have a complaint it won't be heard. The only waving this Jeep girl will be doing is waving 'bye-bye'.
We took our Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service, Baker in service department got our vehicle in timely manor , completed work in good time. We have been please with the work. We took our Dodge truck in service too. K. Donahue
