I requested to be contacted by a general manager or corporate to discuss why my vehicle is in the body shop for over 4 months and they just pass the buck back to the body shop. They do not care about the customer’s concerns or have any compassion, even when the customer has purchased multiple vehicles from their brand. One star is too high for this brand.

I got my Jeep Grand from here last year and it was a flawless transaction. I was in the building for less than a hour between 2 days and used their loaner car in the meantime. I recently went back for a warranty claim and they didn’t have the parts the time of my appointment so James hooked me up in a fun Jeep Wrangler rental while Keyshawn was hospitable offering me and my daughter cold waters, hot cocoas and coffees, and snacks while we waited for the rental to pull up. I received a phone call from them about a Durango that I inquired. Told them wasn't local and needed all the details. Guy had a very heavy accent. I had hard time understanding. The conversation didn't last long as I asked how much were their fees associated with purchase of the car. I gave him example that some dealerships are very dishonest and charged in upwards of $1,000. So $2,000 for a doc fee. He started arguing with me that it's not a scam and hanged up on me.
