I have lived here for almost 3 years and have been through so many ups and downs. But the new management and maintenance team is amazing!!! They are working so hard to make our community better for us! I just walked out of the office in shock over the number changes on my invoice!!! Their hard work is really paying off! I truly love it here and seeing not only the financial changes but the cosmetic changes makes my decision to stay an easy one!
I am currently a resident here and I am impressed that with just a few months how things are looking better and getting better they finally have a excellent maintenance crew and office staffing major change now from the others in the past 2 yrs
Do not rent from this place, constant management changes and poor customer service also they charge you over $300/ month just for sewer rates, they have residents who were told they would have skirting 3 years ago and still don't. Drove by the property the other day and seen two u-haul trucks being loaded so I'm assuming their issues are still present at this place! They also are supposed to have a pool for one of the amenities and that is unoperable, they charge a miscellaneous maintenance few and they have potholes bigger ... read more
Hello, I am contacting you as a neighbor, I drive by your place on dunkelburg several times a week. You are doing a great job getting all the new trailers in there, but you really need to do some yard work, shrubs overgrown, weeds galore, there in even one spot on the right side towards bluffton that has a power line running from one box to another, I mean come on, the entrance is the first thing people see when they come in the driveway and it is overrun, you don't even have a sign up yet. face value goes along way.
