The only option I was given was to replace everything. I asked why my furnace would need to be replaced and was told because it would not match my new equipment there wasn’t anything wrong with it. Also my ductwork is insulated and did not need to be replaced. Yes the metal duct work can sweat and cause water damage, but not if it is properly insulated which it is. Waited all day for someone to show up, when they got here it wasn’t the same one who called me to say he was on his way. Spent more time on the phone than trying to find the cause of the problem.Guy that came out didn’t find the problem and wanted to charge more money to find out what was going on. Had to call another AC company a week later and ended up needing g a new unit due to the leaks. Only reason I gave two stars is cause the receptionist was nice when I called. Will not be using them again for any work.
Awesome Service. Came out same day. Rowdy & Jacob were Very courteous and knowledgeable Technicians and resolved my A/C Issues very quickly. Answered all my questions and concerns. Highly Recommend!! Thank you Southern Chill A/C and Heating!!
Had an issue with our display case. Southern chill was there bright and early following morning and fixed our issue quickly. Definitely recommend to give them a try!
These guys are awesome! I called late one evening and they offered to come right away. It was just a clogged drain, so I said just wait till morning. Louis was here promptly at 8am. He was so neat and cleaned up after himself. If you need service or repairs they are the ones to call!
