There were several people in line before me but I was taken back within 15 minutes. My wax specialist made me feel super comfortable and she was so sweet, which was perfect because I was a little nervous/self-conscious about my type of wax appt. 5
Amazing 10/10 experience! If you go, ask for hunter. She is so sweet and professional and did a fantastic job with my eyebrows!

They close at 7 but they stop taking people at 6 because their “wait time is too long” (there were 2 people waiting in their lobby). And the girl who is up front and answers the phone is always extremely rude and speaks to you like you’re stupid. It sucks for the waxer that they treat people so poorly up front. If you have a full time job I do not recommend them because they absolutely do not accommodate with their schedule and their times online are a lie.
