I first rented a house and Nancy was helpful getting everything handled initially. She also responded quickly to issues that cropped up on the property, which was great. Felt very at home there from her general attitude and kindness. After a year of renting though, I became a first-time home buyer and decided to have Nancy as my agent! If you start dealing with Debbie your making a big mistake! Very dishonest and my rental home was filthy and the doors have cracks so big due to prior dog damage HUGE insects are coming through the cracks and I've been disrespected by Debbie more times then I can count! Debbie is nothing but a LIAR and doesnt care about her tenant's and their safety a faulty walkway was constructed juat waiting for someone to fall!!!!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR A CALL SOMEONE ELSE THEIR IS NO CHARM HERE JUST MISERY!!!!!!
What an amazingly wonderful experience me and my family have had with Debbie and her team!!!! We're relocating to Cleveland from FL and very excited to finally be moving up to GA. Proceed with caution when doing business with them. After lying about including utilities with my rent to secure me as a client, (lease stated different) Nancy moved me into a nasty unit with a maggot infested refrigerator and moldy toilets. Raw meat decayed in the front yard for 1 week+ (it’s still there) and there was trash strewn across the backyard.
