Proceed with caution when doing business with them. After lying about including utilities with my rent to secure me as a client, (lease stated different) Nancy moved me into a nasty unit with a maggot infested refrigerator and moldy toilets. Raw meat decayed in the front yard for 1 week+ (it’s still there) and there was trash strewn across the backyard. Debbie helped me with so many of the small details, teaching me along the way. She made the process much easier than it would have been without her. Thankfully she is kind, helpful and knowledgeable, making it less stressful for me. I recommend her 😀 She's a pro!
