I cannot express enough positive regarding OTF! When I arrived at the farm, I was warmly welcomed by a kind and helpful man (owner) who greeted me with a welcoming smile. We toured the property in a golf cart to explore the various tree options available to me that were on my HOA list of acceptable trees. They were knowledgeable of my community and understood the requirements, which made the entire process remarkably easy and pleasant. I am inspired to write this review after 3 positive encounters with Ocala Tree Farm's Lucas. These days it is an unexpected pleasure to find someone both knowledgeable and willing to take the time to answer questions ! Our first visit he drove us around the farm in an open air, covered utility vehicle to peruse the many varieties. Second visit he answered more questions while we tagged trees. Third encounter was when he delivered, installed and gave us detailed advise as to caring for the trees. Could not have been a better ... read more
