Sent truck in for warranty work dropped off night before added an oil change to ticket, oil change was completed at 230 next day warranty work wasn't conducted till following day, water test had to be done for the warranty work and they left water spots all over truck where test was conducted. This service and parts department is disheveled and in need of new customer facing professionals to attend to clientele. We were traveling and broke down on the side of the road with our truck and 5th wheel trailer on a Saturday afternoon. We contacted a tow company that was able to take us to Southern Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Lufkin, TX. and we spent the night in our camper in their parking lot. Sunday afternoon a nice young man stopped by and asked if he could be of some help, he actually worked in the service department. I recently bought a used truck and the tires are bad called to ask about it the salesman Meteo was supposed to call me back but never did about this issue..... needless to say I've paid two payments and now have to buy new tires....smh

Russell was an excellent salesperson. Very friendly, very fair. I would definitely recommend using him for any future car buying.
