They were so caring and wonderful. I would recommend them to everyone. So thankful for their attention to detail and support of our family.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about SouthernCare Hospice. The level of care they provide to their patients is truly exceptional, and the compassion they show extends just as much to families. During such a difficult time, their team offered not only medical support but also emotional comfort, guidance, and genuine kindness. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels cared for and supported every step of the way. I am so grateful for the incredible work they do.
Nurses, social workers, chaplains and office staff are just wonderful. They treat my mom like extended family. They are professional, compassionate, kind, patient and supportive!
Some aspects were quite good. Nurses were caring but spread thin. Signed up for Dothan but got put with Enterprise location. Took 2 weeks to get squared away. Dothan 20 miles closer. They wanted to put my wife on weekly visits the week she died. After her passing, I called the office on two occasions to ask about grief support groups.. Was told I would be contacted the next day. In two months time, it appears the next day hasn't come.
