Some aspects were quite good. Nurses were caring but spread thin. Signed up for Dothan but got put with Enterprise location. Took 2 weeks to get squared away. Dothan 20 miles closer. They wanted to put my wife on weekly visits the week she died. After her passing, I called the office on two occasions to ask about grief support groups.. Was told I would be contacted the next day. In two months time, it appears the next day hasn't come.
My husband was terminally ill with cancer. The staff went above and beyond. They helped my family get through a very difficult time. I highly recommend this company.
The staff took such wonderful care of my friend's family during a very difficult time. They always went above and beyond the expectations. Being a nurse this means a lot to me and now I get to work with this wonderful company.
My mother was over medicated she didn't die naturally.
