Wonderful caramels! We are new to Melbourne and went to the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival early November. Southern Caramel had a booth. The caramels are bite size, chewy, with a variety of flavors. They were so good, I asked if they had a shop in town. Yes! A few days later we went to the SC store and were pleased there were samples for the entire line.
