The technicians’ bedside manner and professionalism need improvement, with the exception of Kellen, who provided excellent service. The website includes inaccurate informations, and while the intake process was welcoming, it did not reflect the overall experience of my seven week treatment. I question the accuracy of the overwhelmingly positive reviews—they do not match the reality I experienced.
SoCal TMS is a wonderful place and I had such a great experience there. The entire stash is amazing and made me feel safe and welcomed. Thank you so much!
This place gave me back my life. The techs and Dr. Ames were so supportive throughout my treatment, and the TMS worked when meds weren't enough. So grateful!
