I do not recommend this company. Not only is their service bad , Their billing department is not doing well. They proceeded to charge me multiple times in one month and told me they didn’t.. Their customer service department, especially this guy named Roy was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude so much so I immediately canceled my service. I give it zero stars if I could

I've not really used our newly installed Wifi and landline from SCTC (it's been installed as a backup for us for Starlink) - BUT - the experience from cold calling the office to the ultimate installation experience has been FANTASTIC. I was really upset when I called them for the initial estimate because the Starlink we have failed and we were told we'd be six weeks without Wifi, but the customer service and sales team handled me carefully and with respect and then the guys who came to install were kind and abundant and grea... read more
