Such a terrible experience. There was a lack of communication regarding what was going on/what to expect, medications were not called in when they said they would be (resulting in long drives and out of pocket payments), rude bedsidemanner. On more than one occasion, I arrived for an appointment only to be told that they had no idea I was supposed to be there. Dr. Surrey gave us his number "for anything", and when my husband texted him asking him to follow up on paperwork for insurance, he was told to stop messaging because ... read more

Anyone who is reaching out to a fertility clinic is looking for hope, compassion, and problem solving. I did not feel I received that with SCRC and really felt like just another number. I got a DOR diagnosis (diminished ovarian reserve )and because of this, I was told I was not a good candidate for IVF so we did rounds and rounds of IUI and medicated cycles. All the ultrasounds were done by a tech except for one by the doctor. So really it’s just the consultation that’s with the doctor and then you can PAY $150-$200 to talk ... read more
We had a fantastic experience at SCRC and were incredibly supported during our ICSI process. Dr. Maxwell went above and beyond to help answer our many questions, Claudia and Jessica were incredibly warm and supportive during our many bloodwork visits and appointments, Lainey somehow made the stressful process of ultrasound checks feel human and reassuring (which meant more than I can ever describe), and Pam was a warm light behind the front desk every time we stopped in. Dr. Maxwell and her staff are absolutelyincredible. They are extremelykind and welcoming,making you feel heard and safe. The office is clean and on time. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend!
