THEY TELL YOU TO COMPLETE PAPER WORK 2 DAYS PRIOR (COMPLETED) BUT THEY CALL YOU 30 MINS BEFORE APPT TO TELL YOU TO THAT ANOTHER PARENT WHO LIVES OUT OF STATE NEEDS TO ALSO SIGN WHEN YOU HAVE THE GUARDIANSHIP! MIND YOU ALREADY DID AN APPT WITH ANOTHER DOCTOR AT THE SAME LOCATION AND THIS WAS NOT MENTIONED! EACH PHONE CALL THERE IS NO HELLO, HAVE A GOOD DAY, THANKS FOR CALLING!! GO ELSEWHERE!!
I was prescribed way too many medications. My husband was really concerned. I stopped them all.
Referred by kaiser. Schedule appt for Sat. Doctor cancels Sat appt and rescheduled for today at 1pm. Office then calls to move appt up to 11:40am. I log into virtual appt on time and the doctor doesnt show up. I stay logged in for 20 minutes before logging out. How the hell you graduate medical school but cant run a practice or show up on time for an appt? Crazy. 0 stars.
