Scheduled an appt for one of my kids, virtual psychiatry and virtual therapy. Filled out all of the paperwork, send copies of all required documents. Get a phone call right at 24 hours ahead of our appointment that Doctor “can’t see patients tomorrow.” Next available that doesn’t interfere with school schedule is not for over a month. Cancelled all appointments and will NOT recommend this office to anyone. Back to square one.
This place is absolutely unprofessional. They cancelled my appointment morning of saying that the provider doesn’t take my insurance. This appointment has been scheduled for 3 weeks. The provider was listed on my insurance.

Dr. Nallamothu was kind. She listened, asked relevant questions, and took my input into consideration.
You guys are the absolute worst. I had tried calling on Friday I called since 9am no one ever answered! I ended up calling my doctors office manager she also tried calling on my behalf and still no answer! You expect me to trust you lot when this experience made me had a panic attack already! I will never recommend anyone here it’s bs and you obviously don’t care about patients who need help!!
