This place is awful. Receptionists are unprofessional and intake process is antiquated and repetitive. The Dr does not listen to your concerns at all.
Dr Nalamothu is not just an excellemt doctor but an amazing human being,i feel blessed having her in my life she makes me feel like a friend not just a number..thank you dr Nalamothu for everithing you have done for me all these years😊🙏
Scheduled an appt for one of my kids, virtual psychiatry and virtual therapy. Filled out all of the paperwork, send copies of all required documents. Get a phone call right at 24 hours ahead of our appointment that Doctor “can’t see patients tomorrow.” Next available that doesn’t interfere with school schedule is not for over a month. Cancelled all appointments and will NOT recommend this office to anyone. Back to square one.
