We had major deterioration on several beams and supporting wood work in our home's entryway. Initial estimate was to resurface the wood and paint as well. Bryce gave us an acceptable quote and began the work but after further investigation he found additional damage and recommended replacing some of the wood and installing flashing over the exposed beams/wood. The team did an amazing job fixing up the previously exterior walls in our new sunroom as well as building a small cabinet to hide my breaker box. Their crew was super friendly, polite, and communicated throughout the project. They also did a great job cleaning up everyday. I plan to use them on several more projects around the house.

I would highly recommend this company. Bryce, the owner is very knowledgeable and walks you through each step of the process to make you feel comfortable. Communication was great throughout the whole process and finished product was excellent!!!! Very professional and honest. Will definitely use Southern California Painter again for future projects.
