I am a disabled man, and what a waste of time coming to this place , to get checked out by a Dr. That doesn't have clue of my condition. Don't waste your time here ,and they charge for parking too, . Very unprofessional.
Disappointing experience with the front desk staff at Southern California Neurology Consultants. A senior physically disabled patient arrived only 3 minutes late ( after grace ) with severe traffic and was denied care without empathy or professionalism. Office policies are understandable, but respectful and compassionate communication toward patients and parents is equally important.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I asked multiple times what my out-of-pocket cost would be for an EEG and was told it would be my $20 copay since the test was done in-office. I moved forward based on that clear statement. Then I received a bill for over $200. When I called to sort out the obvious mistake, the staff was incredibly rude, confrontational, and completely uninterested in helping.
