I have been calling the office for a week to get an appointment but they haven’t responded

My consultation with Dr. Yasso was great! She actually listen to my complaints. She asked me the right questions, and I felt like we were on the right track. I was comfortable with her, but then. The front desk keeps scheduling me with another provider. I keep requesting to see her, but shes out of their apparently. Now, nobody answers the phone. When they do answer, im on hold forever. The other providers are always in a rush. Still lost!
