My own experience with this place has been horrible absolute horrible. They will not provide your insurance company. The proper paperwork that is desperately needed to be approved for medication. They purposely hold back a very important paperwork. The physician involved with this practice was fine, but yes, one star for the staff (and even that seems to be too generous). - They can't/won't/don't return phone calls, and will just ignore repeated calls in the hopes that you go away (I've been calling for over a month to schedule something I was told I needed back in April, and no one EVER answers the phone or returns calls) - They can't be bothered to do simple things like take a patient's vitals - one tried to "estimate" my height rather than take the 60 seconds it tak... read more
I came here after being admitted to the hospital and was referred to ff up with Dr. Rossaro knowing he is about to transfer clinic a week after the day I’m being discharged. I called them the whole week so I can book the specifically Dr. Rosarro but I never got a callback til 10 days after I got discharged. They were able to book me less than a week without disclosing that Dr. Rossaro no longer practice in their clinic. When my appointment came, it was a surprise to see a different doctor.
