Takes forever to get a hold of someone. Can shut off your gas asap but take 3 days to turn it back on and will you leave you without hot water for you and your kids meanwhile

Maurice from the gas company was a STAR. He was very patient while the tent was being removed from my home after a termite tenting job, so he could turn the gas back on. Maurice was engaging and professional at all times.
My furnace had been red tagged due to a minor issue. HVAC companies were telling me I needed a new unit for $20,000. I called the manager at SoCalGas, John Jones, who had his technician, Oscar, fix my furnace for free. I am sooo grateful!
