Where to begin except to say hands down best dental experience of my life!!!! I have, like I’m sure many people, a phobia of the dentist. I had an extremely bad experience many many years ago that traumatized me to the point of avoiding the dentist. Dr. Roya Ghahraman and her assistant, Julia worked together like two peas in a pod. They were in sync, had chemistry and made me feel comfortable with explanations all throughout my procedure. I appreciated them treating me like I was their most important customer of the day as I’m sure they do with all of their patients. Trina at the front desk made it a point know me by name and reassure me that I was in good hands. She was right. Thanks for easing my anxiety enough to get through the root canal!!!

This is an amazing group of providers. Dr. Pokras specifically and his team, Giselle and Jen have been so kind and patient with me after I had multiple situations of severe onset tooth pain requiring root canal treatment. They always fit me in to the schedule no matter how packed they were because they do really care. I became a bit of a frequent flyer, which was a little embarrassing for me, but they never made me feel like a burden or uncomfortable, and always heard and validated my complaints of pain. I was SO TERRIFIED when I found out I needed a root canal. My dentist doesn’t perform root canals, so she suggested I make an appointment with Dr. Sophia Kang. I arrived at her office early to try and calm my nerves. Unfortunately not my first root canal, but since moving to Simi Valley it was my first time with Southern California Endodontic Group. The entire process, was seamless! Dawn and Jill in the Front Office helped me schedule the appointment to fit my schedule and I knew exactly what it was going to cost. In regards to the procedure itself, both Giselle and Dr. Pokras were professional, friendly, and explained the "why" behind everything they needed to do. I would recommend SCEG to my own family and friends.
