They make it impossible to TALK TO SOMEONE!!!!!!
Horrible service. I waited almost an hour to get someone on the phone.The man, that answered, said I need to trasfer you. I don't understand why he could not help me. When he trasfered me the phone than disconnected. I tried to call back and now the voice mail goes into circles. It never trasfers you to a human . I will have to drive to their office and hope to get some help there. This company does not seem to care . They have no competition with another company. Shame on them.
