These people/ company are a joke. Had my power shut off. They said “due to high winds and extreme heat” I get the heat part but this is the third time they have shut it off in the last 2 weeks. For more than 8 hours each time. I reached out, they said “1230, then 230, then 330, then 8” wouldn’t give me a reason to why, no warning before shutoff till 2 hours after they already did so. If only I could give negative stars. IMHO they are just thugs. They lie, and you call them on it and they lie about something else. They put words in your mouth and you call them on it and they say they have notes from a conversation but cannot share the tape. Anything to collect money they are not owed. They whack your credit while you’re trying to work things out. It’s like the Stamford prison project.
