I’m not even an Southern California Edison customer, yet I’m receiving repeated unsolicited SCE verification codes, sometimes several within minutes. The bigger problem is trying to report it. SCE makes it remarkably difficult for a non-customer to reach someone about apparent abuse of their authentication system. I shouldn’t need an account with a utility company just to tell them their system is repeatedly sending unauthorized verification messages to my phone. Horrible! If I could give this company no stars I would.
I called to cancel light services at my grandmas house that passed away and the guy really said “You are supposed to call 3 months ahead to cancel services ” HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO PREDICT THE FUTURE AND MY GRANDMA DYING!!! JUST CANCEL THE DAMN LIGHT
I call BS on the amount of electricity used. We use less electricity in summer yet our bills are always doubled the price
