I called to cancel light services at my grandmas house that passed away and the guy really said “You are supposed to call 3 months ahead to cancel services ” HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO PREDICT THE FUTURE AND MY GRANDMA DYING!!! JUST CANCEL THE DAMN LIGHT

These people/ company are a joke. Had my power shut off. They said “due to high winds and extreme heat” I get the heat part but this is the third time they have shut it off in the last 2 weeks. For more than 8 hours each time. I reached out, they said “1230, then 230, then 330, then 8” wouldn’t give me a reason to why, no warning before shutoff till 2 hours after they already did so.
