One star is too generous. This company has to be the worst company Ive ever seen. They shut off the power in Castaic with no notice and conveinently their notice system is down so they cannot update us when the power is coming back on.
Called to report outage. Website would not let me without account number. It was 3am . Couldn’t find. Tried a chatbot. Wanted to charge me to call a technician to report. Good thing they are an monopoly or they would be out of business
No one will tell me why my power went out, especially at my current complex.
Could not speak with a person because the phone would not work. All I heard was static. I do not know where to send my payment. Edison would have no problem coming after me for non payment. This company is hostile to the needs of its customers.
